Executive Assistant to the Founder (with Branding & Design Skills)

Location: Remote (PH preferred)

Schedule: Part-time to Full-time

Compensation: $6–$8 per hour

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant for a fast-paced consulting company — someone who can seamlessly blend structure, creativity, and strategy. This isn’t your typical admin role. We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful individual who can support the founder like a Chief of Staff, while bringing a designer’s eye and a marketer’s touch to everything they do.

What You’ll Do

Executive & Admin Support

• Manage the founder’s inbox (personal and business) and calendar
• Use AI to draft on-brand responses and follow-ups
• Track and organize projects using Notion
• Anticipate priorities, deadlines, and potential issues before they arise
• Keep the founder focused, aligned, and moving forward

Brand & Design Support

• Create visually compelling, sales-driven social media graphics
• Design clean, confident, and elevated presentation decks
• Develop web and email graphics that engage and convert
• Apply color psychology and bold, vibrant palettes
• Work primarily in Canva with precision and speed

What We’re Looking For

• A proactive problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Canva and Notion
• Strong sense of branding and persuasive design
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to match brand voice and tone using AI tools
• Detail-oriented but efficient — you know when to move fast and when to refine
