Talent Acquisition

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for F2F, tele-fundraising, and data support roles.
  • Post job openings on relevant platforms and actively search for talent to meet specific recruitment requirements.
  • Collaborate with team leads to understand and prioritize hiring needs for different fundraising channels.

Assessment and Evaluation

  • Conduct initial interviews, and role-specific assessments, and evaluate applicants based on technical and behavioral fit for fundraising roles.
  • Facilitate follow-up interviews with hiring managers for supervisory and specialized fundraising positions.

Onboarding and Coordination

  • Ensure completion of all pre-employment forms and agreements to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Coordinate contract preparation, signing, and deployment with relevant teams and stakeholders.

Monitoring

  • Track attendance, schedules, and locations of fundraising staff, ensuring adherence to assigned work hours and locations. Keep updated records of each fundraiser’s daily presence, address discrepancies, and coordinate corrective actions with supervisors.
  • Track recruitment and staffing expenses against the unit budget, ensuring spending aligns with projections. Report on budget utilization and coordinate with the admin officer to maintain accurate financial records.

Recruitment Events and Outreach

  • Represents the company at recruitment events, job fairs, and local recruitment activities to attract talent for the F2F, tele-fundraising, and data support teams.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates and maintain a network for future recruitment needs.
  • Take on any other responsibilities that arise in support of recruitment and staffing needs, as directed by the unit head

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, ideally focusing on fundraising or sales recruitment.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and interview techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, organized, and proactive.
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively within teams and manage multiple recruitment streams simultaneously.
