The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for driving growth and development of the channels through strategic building and maintenance of Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • E-commerce ownership of brands: hitting targets, monitoring stock of the brand, working with other teams to ensure the brand is growing smoothly
  • Developing e-commerce sales & marketing strategies to meet revenue and growth targets
  • Monitoring and analyzing website traffic, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Providing insights and recommendations to improve website design, user experience (UX), and customer journey
  • Developing emerging channels to its full potential while maintaining the existing ones
  • Creating, updating, and managing product listings to ensure optimum store/product ranking and complete listing with collaterals provided
  • Managing relationships with online platforms and service providers
  • Staying updated on ecommerce trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies

QUALIFICATIONS:  

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in E-commerce sales and marketing (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok and Shopify)
  • Strong attention to detail, innovative and forward thinking
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, sales, or related field
  • Brand Management experience is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Responsive and resourceful in a fast-paced, quick turn business model
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office particularly Excel
  • Amenable to working 5 days a week, reporting on-site in Mandaluyong
