Client Management

  • Initiate and participate in calibration call with the client on their open roles and provide minutes of the meeting.
  • Identify non-negotiable requirements from the clients and establish preferred answers.
  • Ensuring the placement of high-quality talent with clients in the specific industry.
  • Establishing a recruitment timeline with the client base on the need of the specific job order.
  • Managing client relationships by overseeing hiring for assigned job orders, serving as the main point of contact, and providing regular updates.
  • Conduct reverse marketing for the open positions of current clients.
  • Educate clients in terms of the candidate rates, qualifications and requirements.
  • Facilitating client interviews and additional hiring assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
  • Maintaining timely communication and catch-up calls with clients regarding recruitment service related concerns, hiring progress and participating in client meetings and reporting.


Candidate Management

  • Source, review and shortlist candidates from different platforms (R24, LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.)
  • Conducting interviews with candidates and facilitating the completion of their profiles for client endorsement.
  • Conduct initial interviews with the candidates endorsed by the talent concierge team granting that they’ve passed the non-negotiable preferred questions and preferred answers.
  • Reviewing employment applications and background-check reports to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Building and nurturing long-term relationships with both past and potential candidates.
  • Following up with candidates whose profiles are incomplete and proactively search the database for profiles to present to potential clients.
  • Manage the offer process, including negotiating terms and securing all necessary documentation.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.


Internal Department Coordination

  • Collaborating closely with internal departments to develop innovative strategies for addressing talent acquisition challenges.
  • Maintaining effective relationships with operations and other departments within the organization.
  • Coordinating and monitoring activities, implementing policies and procedures within the talent acquisition domain.
  • Leave notes on R24 for tracking and documentation purposes.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Handle various ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Team Leads or Management.
  • Provide a maximum of 5 preferred qualifying questions and preferred answers.


External Intel

  • Proactively seeking market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodologies.
  • Suggesting new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities and map market intelligence based on candidate information.
  • Stay up to date with recruitment trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in attracting top talent.


AI Utilization and Implementation

  • Develop and implement AI solutions, including the creation and


deployment of AI agents, to optimize processes and enhance

efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (typically 2-5 years) in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR roles.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to job offer
  • Sourcing expertise using various channels like job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases
  • Interviewing skills: strong understanding of various interview techniques (behavioral, technical, etc.).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
  • Amenable to working on a hybrid set-up
  • Knowledge and openness in AI tools
