Your Role:

As a Systems Administrator, You Will

• Reporting to VP, Systems Admin, this position will be responsible for performing various system administration functions such as executing mass TRAN files of standard file templates and submit to SFTP location for system processing, general system support, and analysis.
• Additionally, the role is responsible for assisting in initiatives, monitoring system performance and advisories, processing of mass TRANs, completing assigned requests within established SLA, develop an understanding of business processes.
• Core Functions and Responsibilities:
• Support tasks as assigned directly from Service Now tickets and other AD-HOC requests or initiatives
• Participate in team projects and initiatives to enhance processes within Servicing
• Execute mass TRAN updates on a regular basis as defined in the requests
• Execute system Header updates related to processes for all systems supported
• Add new or maintain system users account access
• Work with direct report leaders to support vendors and/or business units to resolve issues
• Monitor system activities
• Support changes to processes or system enhancements
• Provide support for issues related to applications covered by the System Administration team
• Support research items
• Provide support as requested for audit requirements
• Obtain domain knowledge of servicing business to include an understanding of organizational objectives
• Meet compliance policies, processes, standards, and practices
• Complete all company required training
• Model Values, Operating Principles, ethical standards, professionalism and code of conduct
• Demonstrate behaviors that align with Values and Operating Principles
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  
  

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of years of experience with High School diploma/GED
• 1-3 years of “preferred” experience in mortgage servicing, preferably across multiple functional areas
• Experience with Monday.com and/or Auditboard would be a plus, but is not required.
