What You'll Do & How You'll Make Your Mark.
- Build and support a team of skilled professionals to deliver outstanding customer support.
- Hire, train, mentor, and manage team members, ensuring continuous growth and development.
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve company goals and maintain high service quality.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency in support processes and customer interactions.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve technical support services and team performance.
- Work closely with business leaders to enhance company-wide operations and processes.
- Plan and direct workload distribution, ensuring team productivity and effectiveness.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards, driving continuous improvements.
- Manage team performance, provide regular feedback and coaching.
- Handle budget planning and management to ensure financial efficiency.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and develop team members.
- Knowledge of company objectives and industry best practices.
- Experience in technical support, server management, or an eagerness to expand technical knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and understandable way.
- Capability to make informed decisions based on cost-benefit analysis.
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and support.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams and business leaders.
- Lead and support a team in delivering high-quality technical support.
- Develop and implement department standards and procedures.
- Drive operational improvements and identify opportunities for service enhancements.
- Manage team operations and report performance to senior leadership.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Oversee strategic planning and execution of department goals.
- Act as the primary liaison between various business groups.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field (preferred).
- 3-5 years of experience in a technology-based, service-oriented industry in a leadership role.
- At least 2 years of experience managing medium to large-scale projects.
- Proven track record in delivering high-quality customer support.
