KNGS Air Logistics Revenue Care Specialist (Produce Invoice Specialist)

Your Role

Responsible to perform the RCC tasks such as produce invoice, confirm expected GP, FSL, Supplier Invoice Acknowledgement, focusing on data quality accuracy, timeliness and critical thinking.

Your Responsibilities

• Execute Invoice entry using General Work Instruction and applicable country template
• Verification of correct charge codes, quotation, and shipment details for Customer Billing, Internal Billing
• Review and Confirm GP Planning on selected countries/customers
• Raise credit note as needed after validation and approval as per set guidelines
• Able to work with different system environments and high system knowledge (SaLog, BPA, QTAir, and RT) in handling multiple customers and country specifications
