We are seeking a skilled and passionate Sushi Chef to join our culinary team. What You'll Do
Prepare fresh sushi, sashimi, and specialty rolls with precision
Select and inspect fish and seafood for quality and freshness
Prepare sushi rice and maintain proper temperature and consistency
Create visually appealing presentations and garnishes
Maintain clean and organized workstation following food safety standards
Manage inventory and communicate supply needs
What We're Looking For
Minimum 1 year of sushi preparation experience
Strong knife skills and knowledge of fish cutting techniques
Understanding of Japanese culinary traditions and techniques
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
Food safety certification preferred
