Job Responsibilities

  • Recruitment & Training of new and existing employees.
  • Assist in preparation & delivery of the Training Package and Lesson Plans for the pre-opening Surveillance Training Program.
  • Coach new Surveillance team members on the job.
  • Coach team members on an individual basis, presenting new information accurately and in a timely, approachable manner.
  • Lead small teams.
  • Provide team leadership, leading by example.
  • Uphold team members morale, work performance and professionalism by promoting a positive work environment.
  • Maintain team performance by enforcing a positive work environment.
  • Work Operation Supervision.
  • Sustain and manage workplace records, ensuring reports, log entries, etc. are correct and completed in a timely manner.
  • Provide assistance to team members when handling major/ difficult situations, resolve the problem and make sound decision.
  • Assist in the implementation of training modules and lesson plans teaching policies and procedures relating to gaming and cash handling areas.
  • Monitor staff performance and attendance
  • Assist all team members maintain and improve their job skills, and possibly prepare for jobs requiring greater skill.
  • Provide customized training plans to strengthen team members existing skills or teach new ones.
  • Provide performance feedback to team member in a professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate employee file.
  • Deal with conflict situations.
  • Detect conflict situations.
  • Analyze and resolve conflict situations.
  • Promote good working relationship with colleagues
  • Ensure necessary information is conveyed properly in a timely manner to relevant customers and team members.
  • Uphold a professional relationship with customers and team members, ensuring approachability and discretion.
  • Keep and maintain a professional image
  • Confidentiality & Policy.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of information whilst exercising due diligence to prevent disclosure or improper usage.
  • Comply with all company policies, rules, regulations, procedures and departmental code of conduct and work ethics; and to perform all duties in accordance with the highest professional standards at all times.
  • Give recommendation and/or execute management policies to hire, transfer, suspend, layoff, recall, discharge, re-assign, or discipline employees.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of professionalism and integrity.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft office suite.
  • Possess good organizational skills and time management.
  • Good interpersonal skills and always approachable.
  • Good command of both verbal and written English.
  • Good attention to details.
  • Collect, analyze & organize information.
  • Communicate ideas & information with Colleagues.
  • Work harmoniously with other team members.
  • Analytic and keen in solving problems.
