Responsibilities:

• Leads, directs, evaluates and develops a team of Quality technicians and engineers to ensure that the Final Inspection and Release are completed on-time and complies with applicable work instruction, process or procedure.
• Develops training plan and monitors the process certification/authorization of the team members.
• Assures that every team members were complying to their respective processes via monthly or quarterly process audit.
• Attends required Tier meeting(s) and follows proper escalation to immediate superior and manager if requires.
• Supports all internal/external audits.
• Maintains and supports the standardization work/process across the Site and/or GO2 business unit.
  
  

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Engineering degree or similar industry qualification.
• In absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience is required.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Experience in manufacturing assembly process.
• High proficiency in problem-solving methodologies.
• Organizational skill with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• High proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Can work with minimum Supervision.
