The Technical Assistant provides administrative and technical support to the maintenance and engineering teams by managing documentation, coordinating work orders, tracking inventory, and assisting with scheduling and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Manage inventory of spare parts, tools, and supplies.
- Maintain machine documentation and maintenance logs.
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with technicians and supervisors.
- Assist with procurement and tracking of materials.
- Organize and file technical documents and manuals.
- Perform clerical tasks like photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- Support safety and operational compliance.
- At least 1 year of related experience in materials management or clerical work.
- High school graduate; technical/vocational training is a plus.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiar with safety standards and continuous improvement practices.
