Supply Management Intern

We've reached another milestone in 2023 when we started to branch out into retail aiming to have 100 stores in the next 5 years!

Responsibilities:

• Assist with Offline Stock Requests
• Perform manual logging of stock pull-outs
• Check Purchase Orders (POs) without Request for Proposals (RFPs)
• Track undelivered Purchase Orders and follow up with merchants regarding delivery dates
• Collaborate with the SMT team to ensure efficient workflow and timely task completion
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Willing to work in our Makati office
