What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations of the supply chain department
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners for timely deliveries
Implement best practices in inventory management and forecasting
Train and mentor staff to enhance team performance
Develop strategies to reduce costs while maintaining quality standards
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics roles
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
