Supply Chain Staff

Supply Chain Staff performs various functions, which primarily involve providing administrative, purchasing, warehouse and logistics support to Supply Chain Head and the team.

Job Descriptions

• Support in all Supply Chain activities such as planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics activities.

• Responsible for monitoring material transported and delivered for timeliness and legality.
• Responsible for the inventory of all the raw materials, finished goods and other indirect materials.
• Responsible for driving forklift and other lifting equipment in loading/unloading, sorting and arrangement of stocks/materials.
• Knowledgeable with Import and Export documentation and transactions dealing with PEZA, BOC (Customs) and forwarders/couriers processing for incoming and outgoing materials.
• Responsible for preparing shipping documents such as Delivery Receipt, Commercial Invoice, Packing Lists, and the like for the shipments and projects.
• Purchasing / Order Forecasting

a. Sourcing out

b. Price negotiation

c. Order processing – PR and PO preparation

d. Monitoring and follow up of the delivery

e. Payment Request for Payables

f. Supplier Audit (all suppliers related to production and packaging materials)

g. Supplier Evaluation (all suppliers related to production and packaging materials)

h. FSC Materials Purchase Order Preparation

• Work Order Preparation
• Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Recording

a. Material consumption entry in Cognito

b. FSC Purchase Order summary

c. FSC Finished Goods summary

d. FSC Sales summary

e. Preparation of Product Annual Volume Summary

• Fedex Booking/Recording

a. Online booking

b. Recording of incoming and outgoing shipments via Fedex

• Procedures and Work Instructions of the assigned tasks

Job Qualifications

• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree of Engineeering
• Minimum of 2 years experience with planning, purchasing, warehouse and logistics operations
• Proficiency for MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• High technical and analytical skills
• Action and deadline oriented
• Timely decision making
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Competence in English, both written and oral
