Job Summary

The Supply Chain Senior Manager at Dermorepubliq is responsible for leading and optimizing the companys internal supply chain operations, including procurement, warehouse, inventory, and logistics. This role focuses on ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and reliable supply chain processes across all internal functions to support manufacturing and business continuity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Procurement Management:

  • Lead sourcing strategies and manage supplier relationships to ensure quality, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.
  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies.
  • Work closely with Finance to align procurement plans with budgeting and forecasting cycles.
  • Develop and enforce procurement policies and compliance protocols.


Warehouse & Inventory Oversight:

  • Supervise internal warehousing operations, including receiving, storage, picking, and inventory control.
  • Implement inventory optimization techniques (e.g., safety stock, reorder points) to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in storage and handling processes.
  • Monitor inventory accuracy through regular audits and cycle counting.


Internal Logistics & Coordination:

  • Manage logistics flow between procurement, warehousing, and production units to ensure timely material availability.
  • Collaborate with the Fulfillment Team to synchronize upstream logistics with outbound activities.
  • Oversee inbound logistics from suppliers and ensure smooth internal transfers across sites or departments.
  • Coordinate with third-party logistics or courier providers for bulk movement, returns, or escalation needs as necessary.


Cross-Functional & Strategic Initiatives:

  • Contribute to capacity planning and risk mitigation across the supply chain.
  • Lead or participate in ERP implementation or optimization projects related to supply chain modules.
  • Collaborate with Production, Quality Assurance, and Product Development to align supply planning with operational and R&D goals.
  • Analyze and report KPIs across procurement, inventory, and logistics to drive continuous improvement.


Qualification And Requirements

EDUCATION

  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced certifications (e.g., CPIM, CSCP, PMP) are an advantage.


Experience

  • At least 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial or senior supervisory capacity.
  • Background in manufacturing or FMCG industry preferred.
  • Proven experience in procurement strategy, inventory control, and internal logistics coordination.


Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning tools, procurement platforms, and warehouse management systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, or similar) is preferred.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management abilities.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence decision-making at all levels.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This role is primarily on-site, based at Dermorepubliqs main warehouse facility in Mayamot, Antipolo.
  • May require occasional travel to other company sites, supplier meetings, and partner locations, for coordination or audits.
  • The work environment is fast-paced and collaborative, requiring strong presence on the warehouse floor and close coordination with cross-functional teams.
  • Standard working hours apply, with flexibility expected during inventory activities, vendor coordination, or logistics escalations.
