Greentree Food Solutions (GFS), a subsidiary of LH Paragon, Inc. (LHPI) is looking for an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Director who will oversee all aspects of the supply chain and commissary operations within the organization. This role is responsible for managing the procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations. The Director also works closely with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to optimize the supply chain and enhance the quality and availability of products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the supply chain and commissary operations, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.

Procurement Management: Lead procurement activities, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management, to secure the best pricing, terms, and quality for goods and services.

Inventory Management: Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and control processes to minimize stockouts, reduce excess inventory, and ensure timely availability of products.

Logistics Coordination: Manage transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities to streamline the flow of goods and minimize costs while meeting delivery schedules and quality standards.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet regulatory requirements, industry standards, and customer expectations.

Cost Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities throughout the supply chain, such as process improvements, vendor consolidation, and inventory optimization strategies.


Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies related to supply chain management, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of supply chain and commissary staff, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to ensure high levels of productivity and professionalism.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, sales, and marketing, to align supply chain activities with business needs and priorities.

Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and reports to monitor performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be willing to work in Oakridge Business Park, A.S. Fortuna St, Mandaue City, Cebu.

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field;

• Proven experience in supply chain management for food service industries, with a focus on procurement, logistics, and inventory management.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in supply chain management software and systems.

• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in supply chain and commissary management.
