Our client, a renowned global leader in the beauty industry, is seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead their end-to-end operations in the Philippines.

This is a pivotal role where you will be the cornerstone of the affiliate's commercial success, ensuring operational excellence from demand planning to final delivery. You will drive key initiatives to optimize inventory, enhance fulfillment, and maximize revenue in a fast-paced and inspiring beauty market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead End-to-End Supply Chain: Oversee demand planning, customer service, logistics, procurement, and inventory management for the Philippine market.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Manage the execution horizon, ensuring product availability to meet sales plans and service standards. Analyze trends, resolve supply gaps, and lead weekly cross-functional execution meetings.
  • Optimize Performance & Strategy: Develop strategies to improve forecast accuracy, reduce waste, manage inventory, and strengthen order-to-cash and reverse logistics processes.
  • Build Future Capabilities: Spearhead projects to enhance SIOP processes and build supply chain capabilities to support new sales channels (B2B & B2C).
  • Lead & Collaborate: Manage and develop the team. Foster strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to ensure service levels are met and issues are resolved.


Your Profile:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 4-8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a background in demand/supply planning, logistics, or inventory management. Experience in FMCG, Beauty, or Retail is highly advantageous.
  • A hands-on leader with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of driving discipline in a dynamic environment.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
