Supply Chain Manager - Marilao

• Increase supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality through strategic local procurement, inventory management, and distribution strategies.
• Meet customer requirements and deadlines by managing lane marking services, including planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.
• Ensure smooth and efficient import operations with compliance with regulations and customs procedures by managing relationships with customs brokers and other service providers.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance by providing leadership and mentorship to employees.
• Drive business growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and customers.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2. At least 3-5 years of previous experience as a Supply Chain Manager or any similar role.
3. Proven track record of successful supply chain management, including procurement, inventory management, and distribution.
4. Experience managing lane marking services, including planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.
5. Knowledge of regulations and customs procedures for the importation of goods.
6. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
8. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and implement process improvements.
9. Must have a high level of INTEGRITY
10. Must be willing to work onsite in Marilao, Bulacan
