About the role

This is a full-time position based in Marilao Bulacan and Quezon City, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the quality of our technological solutions.
What you'll be doing
- Provide prompt and efficient technical support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, offering timely solutions to resolve customer concerns
- Assist with the testing and quality assurance of new and existing products and services to maintain the highest standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system improvements, ensuring a seamless user experience
- Maintain detailed records of all support activities and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends to enhance your problem-solving skills
What we're looking for
- Proven experience in a customer service or help desk role, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve a variety of hardware and software issues
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with customers and team members
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to ensure the quality and reliability of our products and services
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide mentorship to less experienced colleagues
- Relevant certifications or a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
