The Supply Chain Manager leads the supply chain team and oversees all aspects of our operational processes, from inventory management to final delivery. This role is responsible for developing strategies, driving process optimization, and mentoring a team of specialists to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a passion for building efficient systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor the supply chain team, overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for complex operational issues, partner escalations, and cross-functional projects.
• Analyze supply chain data and key performance indicators to drive data-informed decisions, forecast demand, and report on performance.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati City.
