We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Supply Chain Customer & Consumer Specialist to support our internal stakeholders across warehousing, transportation, Sales & Operations Planning, and program delivery. This role plays a key part in process automation, continuous improvement, and enabling data-informed decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Support Sales & Operations Planning leaders by gathering data from various markets and systems
  • Generate reports using actual sales volumes, forecasts, and bias information
  • Provide insights for demand and supply reviews and cycle governance
  • Deliver accurate reports on program delivery activities
  • Update and oversee cost-saving projects in the Product Lifecycle Management system
  • Maintain data for Power BI dashboards used by global stakeholders
  • Manage inventory and transportation reporting
  • Provide timely updates on stock levels, LOGD, and import activities
  • Monitor and track shipments, support route planning, and month-end budget reporting
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and Power BI dashboards for operational meetings
  • Present forecasted volumes at brand/account/channel level for new product launches
  • Compare historical, actual, and forecasted volumes regularly
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide immediate workarounds to ensure process continuity
  • Perform knowledge transfers and documentation for service migrations and new affiliates
  • Participate as a key user in system improvements and replacements
  • Act as a project member and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

What You Need To Have

  • 2–7 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, finance, or commercial functions
  • University or postgraduate degree in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in supply chain processes
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for managing internal customers
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and demonstrate system proficiency
  • Strong team commitment and ability to deliver results with minimal supervision

Work Schedule and Location:

  • Generally, Mondays to Fridays, on a hybrid work arrangement
  • Based in 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office
