Your ‘day to day’

Responsibilities

You are to lead execution of data processing analysis, execute multiple scenarios and development strategies using simulation tools to provide sound decisions and recommendations. You will collaborate with other teams to extract data figures, create reports based on their findings, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine business initiatives’ success.Your responsibilities include:

Data Analytics & Simulation

• Responsible for modeling data by providing clean, accurate and structured data sets so that different users within the group can work with them.
• Develop and maintain databases, data systems – reorganizing data in a readable format
• Work with Excel, SQL code, and PMI analytics tools to perform ad-hoc analysis and forecasting.
• Collaborate with other team of analysts and other associates from other workstream (local and regional/global) to process information
• Utilize data analytics to work with simulation tools that is capable to handle multiple scenarios and variations in processes.
• Work with L&D Management team and other workstreams to deep dive identify opportunities for improvement
  
  

Reporting

• Responsible for building reports and dashboards on top of pre-processed data and drawing out insights from it.
• Develop graphs, infographics, and other methods to visualize data
• Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions
  
  

Productivity & Projects

• Facilitate benchmarking activities with affiliates and markets to drive operational improvement
• Collaborate with Productivity Lead and Team on idea-generation for optimization initiatives
• Provide cost benefit analysis for identified ideas
• Provide measures and tools to assess project effectiveness
• Participates in the development and deployment of end-to-end automated/analytic solutions for Service Delivery
  
  

Who we’re looking for

Open to fresh graduates with a bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/Supply Chain management/Engineering (or related courses). Preferably with work experience in supply chain analytics with exposure to multinational environment. You must have a strong mathematical skills to help collect, measure, organize and analyze data. Experience in using SAP and knowledge with programming languages like SQL, Oracle, etc. is a plus. Experience in data visualization and supply chain analytics software like Llamasoft, Tableau, Qlik, Power BI is also preferred. You must also be amenable to work in BGC Taguig Office for a 6-months project contract.
