SUPERVISOR
- Catering supervisor are responsible for the everyday operations of a catering service or training staff.
- Responsible for creating and managing team schedules.
- Enforcing health and safety regulations.
- Overseeing the presentation and serving of the food.
- Provide customer service.
- Evaluating performance and providing feedbacks
- Ensured that all food and beverage items are presented and served correctly, adhering to company standards.
- Supervised staff members during all aspects of catered events to ensure high quality service.
SERVERS
- Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience.
- Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
- Responsible and trustworthy.
- Patience and customer - oriented approach
- Provide high quality of service that will help us maintain and attract customers.
