In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- To complete complex tasks using specialty knowledge and independent judgment.
- To identify optimization needs, lead and train the team, act as backup, disseminate updates, and ensure customer needs are met.
- To collaborate closely with internal and external teams, provide recommendations and support, escalate issues, and identify process improvements.
- To manage software development projects, ensure on-time delivery, and network with other leads.
- To analyze and report on performance metrics, SLAs, and staffing projections.
- To evaluate performance, provide coaching and training, adhere to people-related policies, and support employee development.
- To share essential information, communicate policies and decisions, use visuals and tools for effective communication, and provide updates to management on team performance and morale.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related courses.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in the database development field with leadership and/or mentoring experience.
- Experience working on custom and out-of-the-box and/or Cloud software solutions.
- Understanding of Master Data Management concepts.
- Experience in database and system design.
- Experience in writing complex SQL and PL/SQL programs.
- Business analysis skills specifically applied to data and requirements.
