Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value. You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.
Your Primary Responsibilities Include
Bachelor's Degree
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
SAP SuccessFactors Certification in Talent Management
Ability to translate business goals into technical solutions
Exceptional communication skills
Can collaborate with business to translate business objectives into technical solutions
Able to advise teams on optimal technology strategies and best practices to achieve business outcomes
Good interpersonal skills that can drive consensus among diverse groups of senior stakeholders within enterprises
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
Certification in other SuccessFactors modules
Experience In Integrating Talent Management To Other SuccessFactors Modules
Experience in integration Talent Management with other applications

- Lead the technical design and implementation of Successfactors solutions for simplicity, amplification, and maintainability.
- Work from strategy development to solution implementation using your knowledge of Successfactors and working with the latest technologies such as Cloud.
- Partner with a cross-functional global team to ensure customer success in an agile environment.
