Job Title: IT Asset Administrator (IT Asset Coordinator)

Salary: PHP 25,000–35,000

Summary

As an IT Asset Administrator, you’ll ensure every device and software is tracked, secured, and ready—so the whole team can work efficiently and without disruption.

Key Duties

• Maintain a detailed record of all company-owned assets, including tagging, logging, and categorizing items (e.g., laptops, monitors, furniture, tools).
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks or cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with couriers and vendors for deliveries, warranties, and proper disposal
• Oversee the lifecycle of assets—from acquisition and deployment to maintenance and eventual disposal or reassignment.
• Keep detailed and accurate records of IT activities and asset inventory
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and ensuring asset data aligns with financial records or regulatory requirements.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; support users with tech-related concerns and service requests
• Monitor for asset misuse, loss, or theft, and report issues promptly. Ensure proper documentation for asset transfers, losses, or write-offs.
• Work with IT, Facilities, Finance, and Admin teams to track and manage department-specific inventory or assets.

Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience managing IT assets across their lifecycle (hardware and software).
• Proven ability to maintain detailed records and support audit and compliance efforts.
• Strong background in asset tracking, inventory control, and logistics coordination.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to outsourcing or BPO environments is a plus.

• Familiarity with both hardware and software asset tracking.
