Your Role
As Student Services Administrator, you will:
Be responsible for an optimal running of student services operation to enhance the overall student experience at AE.
This role is a one of the first point of contact with students regarding their course orientation, unit enrolments and course completion. Relevant advice, referrals and student support strategies to maintain accurate student records to improve student satisfaction and service delivery.

- Bachelor's degree
- Knows how to navigate Excel tools
- Desirable experience in student services or administration role.
- Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in student information systems and data analysis tools.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional service and enhancing student experiences
