Roles And Responsibilities
- Oversee and ensure that all processes and strategic programs, projects and activities related to assigned accounts are centralized, monitored and aligned to GCash’s business objectives and drive sales revenue and growth
- Oversee the delivery of strategy execution through customer driven solutions
- Help to manage the strategic portfolio for GCash. This involves the utilization of leadership, coaching and project management.
- Recommend predictive models for resolving organizational challenges in collaboration with stakeholders
- Lead the adoption of new operating models, methods, processes, tools and metrics
- Develop suitable business transformation strategies for responding to internal and external drivers of change
- Monitor the implementation of organizational development processes for employee engagement, systems thinking and team development
- Instill a discipline of process change and change management across GCash
- Recommend and guide the leaders throughout transformational changes and journeys
- Deliver design thinking solutions and predictive models for GCash
- Deliver and roll-out Strategic Accounts Portfolio consisting of strategic programs, projects and activities that is aligned to the CEO agenda
- Oversee delivery of strategic programs for the organization
- Uncover skills gaps and recommends development interventions to the assigned accounts/business
- Establish desired change outcomes and design organizational wide change management programs
