Job Description
Manage and oversee the strategic initiatives related to Tiered Servicing
Lead ISO certification initiatives for the CX Strategy and Governance department
Manage B2B CXM LT ManCom agenda, Portfolio of Projects Cadences, and B2B CXM LT Action Registry
Duties And Responsibilities
- Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables for Tiered Servicing Projects and ISO Certification initiatives for the department
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget
- Establish governance framework for Tiered Servicing projects and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.
- Identify potential risks and issues related to Tiered Servicing
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and issues related to Tiered Servicing and ISO Certification initiatives
- Monitor and manage risks identified for the projects
- Govern the Portfolio of Projects Cadence and lead monitoring for these strategic projects
- Govern B2B CXM LT ManCom Agenda and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Govern and follow-through on B2B CXM LT Action Registry
- Graduate of any 4-year course with experience in project management and change management
- Preferrably with Telco background
- Knowledgeable in Telco and IT products
