Mission of Function
The Strategy and Operational Planning Supervisor shall be responsible for managing strategic and operational planning, ensuring effective budget cost management (OPEX and CAPEX), mitigating risks through a robust operational risk management plan, and overseeing the implementation of quality management system audits. This role is responsible for developing and monitoring the team's Performance Indicator Scorecard (PIS) to align with corporate objectives. Additionally, it includes preparing and delivering comprehensive team performance reports and presentations, supporting data-driven decision-making, and continuous organizational improvement.
Qualifications
Experience (No. of Years)Professional: At least 3 years of experience in experience in the power industry or industrial marketingLeadership: Experience in any leadership role.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, Business Management, or any 4-year related course Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Finance, or Business Administration is an advantage
