STRATEGIC ACCOUNTS MANAGER

LOCATION: Taguig

SETUP: Day shift, Onsite

Duties And Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients to ensure retention and long-term business growth.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and business priorities to position company products and solutions effectively.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive customer loyalty.
  • Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Collaboration and Internal Alignment

  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that drive revenue growth.

Contact Management and Compliance

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client contact information and communication history.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual agreements.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client progress, sales forecasts, and key account performance.

Market Research and Best Practices

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments that may impact client relationships.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance sales strategies.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization.

Sales Performance and Growth

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Play an active role in identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Other Duties

  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the company’s strategic goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales leadership or business development role and has demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets within key accounts
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
  • Strong communication and people skills, adept at simplifying complex marketing ideas for client understanding
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time-management skills
  • People management skills
  • Excellent sales presentation skills
  • Proficient in market analysis and financial management
  • Possess excellent, interpersonal and communication
  • Ability to connect with customer needs
  • Energetic and determined
  • Strong familiarity in social media platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
