- Coordinate with kitchen staff for seamless order fulfillment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders for supplies
- Prepare and analyze performance reports to enhance productivity
- Enforce compliance with health and safety regulations
- Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: A minimum of 1-3 years experience in restaurant supervision or management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Restaurant Management, Inventory Management; strong communication and leadership abilities; capable of being a team player and motivating staff.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee day-to-day operations, maintain high-quality customer service, manage inventory, train and supervise staff, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, requires weekend, holiday, and evening work.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent organizational and time-management skills, problem-solving ability, customer-focused mindset, and resilience under pressure.
