HIRING! IT Service Desk | At least 18 months TSR Experience | Virtual Interview Process | 1 Day Process

Service Desk Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and analyzing the performance of IT systems and software.
  • Addressing incoming IT inquiries from clients and staff remotely through chat, email, and phone.
  • Prioritizing IT issues and escalating significant problems to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Preventing service disruptions by executing system installations, updates, and maintenance tasks.
  • Creating training manuals and FAQ resources for user-friendly guidance.
  • Documenting procedures and maintaining records at the service desk.
  • Providing recommendations to enhance IT performance and avert future issues.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to ensure their IT requirements are fulfilled.
  • Staying updated on advancements in the IT field.

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate with at least 18 months of TSR / IT Service Desk experience
  • Has experience with ServiceNow and Active Directory
  • FRESH GRADUATES will be reprofiled to CSR POSITION
  • Good communications skills
  • Amenable to START ASAP
  • Amenable to WORK ONSITE in Eton Centris, QC.
