Your Role:

• The Sr FP&A Analyst will be responsible for supporting the financial planning and analysis functions of the company. The successful candidate will develop and implement financial models to analyze the company’s financial performance, identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Responsibilities:
• Support the financial planning and analysis functions of the company
• Develop and implement financial models to analyze the company’s financial performance
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Develop and maintain financial forecasting models
• Work closely with FP&A leadership to develop budgets and forecasts
• Conduct variance analysis to monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts
• Develop and maintain financial metrics and dashboards
• Support decision making through financial analysis and modeling

What You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience in financial forecasting and budgeting
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Expert level of excel skills and financial modelling skills
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting requirements
• Experience in the technology or software industry preferred
