The E-commerce Operations Specialist will play a vital role in managing and optimizing the company's Amazon marketplace presence. This position is essential for maintaining product listing quality, enhancing advertising performance, and ensuring excellent customer service standards across the platform.

The Impact you’ll make

Amazon Listing Management

• Create and replicate product listings manually


• Ensure compliance with Amazon guidelines


• Monitor and update product information


• Maintain listing accuracy and consistency

Advertisement Analysis

• Review advertising campaigns


• Analyze performance metrics


• Recommend optimization strategies


• Track campaign results

Customer Service

• Handle customer inquiries professionally


• Process and resolve customer issues


• Maintain high service standards


• Document all customer interactions

Team Collaboration

• Work with sales team on strategy implementation

• Support listing optimization initiatives


• Maintain effective communication

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central


• Strong background in customer service


• Experience in creating/managing product listings


• Knowledge of Amazon advertising platforms


• Demonstrated ability in e-commerce operations

Work Setup:

• Remote position


• Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace


• Required to provide own computer with Intel Core i5 or something similar or higher operating system

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time)


• 40 hours per week

Compensation:
