BS/BA Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline
Experience:
Preferably with at least 1-3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience (up to onboarding)

I. Basic Purpose of the Job
Oversee all recruiting activities of his/her assigned accounts
II. Reporting Relationship
The position reports to the HR Manager
III. Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified applicants.
- Collaborate with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidates' profiles.
- Maintain and update the candidate's database
- Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
- Provide timely communication to candidates regarding their application status.
- Support the HR Team with onboarding and other administrative tasks as needed
IV. Qualifications:
Education:
BS/BA Degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resource Management, Business, or a related discipline
Experience:
Preferably with at least 1-3 years of end-to-end recruiting experience (up to onboarding)
Knowledge/Skills:
- Confident and can deal with people at various levels within the organization
- With great interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Can work under pressure to meet established goals and objectives
- Flexible and willing to support hiring needs
- Preferably with experience in processing high volume and technical requirements
- Proficient in MS Excel, social media, and other sourcing platforms
- Inquisitive, resourceful, strategic, and passionate about continuous improvement
- Independent and with great decision-making skills
