The Director of Demand Generation will design, lead, and scale MicroSourcing’s demand generation engine. This senior leader will be accountable for delivering qualified pipeline and measurable revenue impact, with direct accountability for all digital channels, media & placements, nurture programs, campaign strategy & execution, and the Marketing Automation platform. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B growth marketing, account-based strategies, and leading global demand generation teams that fuel sales expansion.
Main Activities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive global demand generation strategy that directly supports
- Design and run integrated campaigns (digital, paid media, email, SEO, SEM, content syndication, etc.) to
- Build and manage strategic relationships with agencies, vendors, and industry analysts to extend
performance benchmarks and accountability measures to support scalable demand generation
programs.
- Leverage marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot) to optimize lead management, scoring, and
- Drive continuous A/B testing, experimentation, and data-driven optimization across campaigns.
- Manage funnel KPIs, OKRs, and dashboards to track marketing performance and contribution to
- Own the demand generation budget, forecasting, and ROI reporting.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing
- Strong understanding of revenue operations and the link between marketing activities, pipeline health,
- Ability to design and execute global demand generation strategies aligned to revenue goals.
- Proven experience running multi-channel campaigns that drive measurable pipeline growth.
- Strong skills in analytics, funnel management, and marketing automation/CRM platforms.
- Cross-department and level stakeholder management
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with a test-and-learn approach to optimization.
- 10+ years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing, including at least 5 years in leadership.
- Strong track record of building high-performing teams and scaling demand generation functions.
- Expertise in digital acquisition, funnel management, and marketing analytics.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms.
- Data-driven, analytical thinker who thrives on testing, optimization, and measurable results.
- Strong communicator and collaborator with executive presence and cross-functional influence.
- Experience in outsourcing, professional services, or global B2B markets.
- Experience in US B2B growth / demand generation marketing.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of growth marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- High level of adaptability to manage change and work in a fast-paced environment.
