Position Summary:
The Sr. HRBP Manager (Employee Engagement) is responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance employee experience, foster a positive workplace culture, and drive engagement initiatives across the organization. This role works closely with leadership to design and implement programs that improve employee satisfaction, retention, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience and a proven track record in driving engagement strategies within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement Strategy & Implementation
- Develop and implement company-wide employee engagement strategies to enhance workplace culture.
- Lead initiatives that improve employee morale, motivation, and overall job satisfaction.
- Design and manage engagement surveys, analyze results, and drive action plans for improvement.
- Establish recognition programs that reward employees for their contributions and achievements.
- Develop programs to enhance employee well-being, work-life balance, and mental health initiatives.
- Partner with business leaders to understand team dynamics and develop engagement solutions.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on improving organizational culture and employee experience.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals in executing engagement programs effectively.
- Influence and drive cultural change through strategic initiatives that align with business goals.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in employee engagement and HR business partnership.
- Strong expertise in employee engagement frameworks, culture-building, and organizational effectiveness.
- Experience in conducting surveys, data analysis, and action planning for engagement improvements.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, talent development, and employee experience initiatives.
