About the Role:
- Ensure timely preparation of financial and management reports, and analyze variances.
- Coordinate with corporate finance and manage P&L for GOS Service Lines.
- Create quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial statements, and review balance sheets.
- Enhance internal controls, compliance, and drive change management for process efficiencies.
- Manage GOS Billing Team, provide coaching, and collaborate with finance teams across regions.
- Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or Bachelor's degree with CPA and equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of experience in accounting or audit, including internal audits.
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and knowledge of automated systems.
- Strong interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to manage time effectively.
- Highly adaptable, resilient, and strong analytical skills with a hands-on attitude.
