In this role, you will play an integral part in the delivery and administration of our company and statutory benefits, supporting specific employee groups on their benefits concerns, and ensuring that processes supporting these are within agreed controls & SLAs.

YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'

  • Ensures that transactions and reports related to Company and Benefits Administration from the P&ED Specialists are reviewed and validated prior submission to PMI Team/external partners (vendors and gov't offices) and ensure that details are accurate, in accordance with the policy and timeline.
  • Responsible for Account Management (currently for G&A and PMIBS) which includes partnering with the P&C Business Partners to understand business requirement and provide support, resolution and recommendation needed; plans relevant Local P&ED related activities for the account together with the BP
  • Ensures that Audit Requests (including walkthroughs) are responded to on a timely manner and able to provide complete documents; understands audit findings (if any) clarify process gap and align on mitigation plans with the auditors and with the team
  • Ensures that runbooks are reviewed and provided with comments based on standard schedule and close-off open items based on agreed timeline
  • Acts as POC of the team for Equal Salary Certification (ESC) and Stocks Reporting

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Benefits Administration, dealing with multiple stakeholders.
  • With experience in Account Management/Stakeholder management; With basic knowledge on Accounting and Finance Principle related to Benefits cost/administration
  • Knowledgeable in Excel; with good oral and written communication skills; with experience in case management; with experience on CI-related projects
  • Independent, and having a strong sense of responsibility and time management skills to manage multiple tasks at the same time
  • Quick learner with a positive working attitude
