As a Sr. Accounting Analyst, you will be supporting the Supervisor Accounting & Treasury for all areas relating to finance, accounting, taxation, compliance and reporting functions.

Your ‘day to day’

  • Assist in coordinating efforts to ensure all functions including accounting services - PTP, OTC, RTR, Tax, Controlling and Treasury tasks - are taken care of by Business Process Owner
  • Review of account transactions, especially intercompany transactions posting to ensure alignment to both statutory and managerial reporting requirements
  • Preparation of monthly Financial and Managerial Reports to be used both for statutory requirements and business decision making
  • Review accuracy, completeness and relevance of reports generated
  • Propose improvements and automation on currently held process for report generation
  • Address the concerns and questions of business stakeholders and users of the output reports
  • Provides monthly and quarterly overview of financial performance of the company including key reporting tasks related to BIR and other functions
  • Key financial performance updates in preparation for quarterly board meetings
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager Accounting & Treasury

Who We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 4-5 years relevant work experience (as detailed above) in a fast-paced, multicultural working environment, where Shared Services experience is an advantage
  • CPA or related certification (CMA, CIA, CISA, CFE)
  • Strong communication & presentation skills - attentive to details & able to manage stakeholders across the business
  • Preferred – Project Management experience and skills – handled managing a cross-functional projects from previous employment
