Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be at college graduate of any business-related course.

Minimum Experience:

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in sales

Competencies:

  • Skill(s): Driving 4-6-wheeled vehicles with professional driver’s license (RC 1,2,3).
  • With experience in selling/delivering of stocks under FMCG.
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork activities and open to relocation (if necessary).
  • Can work under pressure with less supervision.
  • Team player.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieves sales targets of assigned route through selling, merchandising, and servicing of clients.
  • Achieve monthly census target (UBA) of at least 95%.
  • Responsible in the opening of new accounts in the downline channel.
  • Drives productive calls of at least 90% vs target.
  • Promotes, sells, secures orders from existing and prospective clients.
  • Ensures delivery of orders, collects payments from customers then promptly remits the same to the Company.
  • Resolves complex customer issues and maintains knowledge of account information.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding shipping/delivery dates, order changes/cancellations, and quotations.
