Responsibilities
As a Sport Leader, your responsibility will be to make your sport accessible within your community by sharing the benefits of your sport with your customers and users. This is a full-time role with the following responsibilities:

- Sales and Operations – Help our customers with their sports journey through visual merchandising, store layouts, and store campaigns that highlight the full breadth of your products and services.
- Customer Satisfaction – Ensure the satisfaction of your customers and build loyalty across all channels by establishing relationships and creating the best experience for them.
- Merchandising – Show your creativity in attracting fellow sport lovers! Grow your business with promotions, events, and partnerships that move people through sport.

Profiles we are looking for...
- Must be passionate about sports!
- Energetic and optimistic!
- Has a knack for sharing their sportive experiences with customers
- Positive, hands-on attitude with a desire to learn
- Flexible and agile to different career opportunities and development
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work usual retail hours; including holidays and weekends
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- More than 20 Training Sessions in your first 12 Months! (store managers also benefit from trainings in our international offices)
