Role Overview
The Employer Branding Specialist plays a key role in enhancing the company’s reputation as an employer of choice while fostering employee pride and engagement.
Positioned under the Communications and Marketing Department and the Brand and Content sub-department, this role drives initiatives that strengthen our internal culture and external talent brand.
He/She will lead programs in Employee Work Anniversary Recognition, Employee Discounts and Partnerships, and Merchandise Management while supporting broader
employer branding initiatives. This role requires creativity, organization, and collaboration to ensure all efforts align with the company’s brand identity and values.
We are also looking for someone with the appetite to grow their career in Communications and Marketing, with opportunities to take on broader responsibilities
over time.
Specific Duties And Responsibilities
Employer Branding Initiatives

Specific Duties And Responsibilities
Employer Branding Initiatives
- Support employer branding campaigns across internal and external channels.
- Contribute to recruitment marketing and employee storytelling efforts.
- Create employer branding content for various channels
- Collaborate with the Brand and Content Manager in creating content to keep messaging consistent and compelling
- Grow existing and develop new employer branding channels
- Support the Brand and Content Manager in creating and executing brand and content training programs
- Support regular review of branded templates and create routine checks on organizational brand adherence
- Manage and execute the employee work anniversary recognition program.
- Track milestones, ensure timely acknowledgments, and gather feedback for improvements.
- Source, negotiate, and maintain partnerships with establishments to provide exclusive discounts and promos for employees.
- Maintain updated program listings and communicate them through internal channels.
- Monitor usage, feedback, and impact of employee perks.
- Manage requests and orders of company-branded merchandise from various teams.
- Track merchandise distribution and usage across programs and events.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure availability for internal needs.
- Coordinate with the Brand and Content Manager on restocking requirements.
- Work closely with the Communications & Marketing Coordination in preparing consolidated department reports and insights on engagement, usage, and initiative performance
- Support Brand and Content – related budget tracking, purchase requests, and vendor payments
- Day to day management of Brand Center
- Support the Brand and Content Manager in managing branded content and other branded assets.
- Provide logistical support for employer branding-related events and activations.
- Creativity & Innovation – Develops fresh and engaging ideas to boost employer brand presence.
- Project Management – Plans, organizes, and delivers multiple initiatives effectively.
- Attention to Detail – Ensures accuracy and consistency across recognition, merchandise, and communications.
- Relationship Building – Builds strong partnerships with employees, vendors, and external establishments.
- Brand Stewardship – Safeguards the integrity of the company’s brand across initiatives.
- Strong Communication & Writing Skills – Able to craft clear, engaging, and compelling content for employer branding campaigns, internal communications, and recruitment marketing.
- Problem-Solving – Resourceful and proactive in resolving challenges.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in employer branding, employee engagement, internal communications, or related roles.
- Experience in partnership/vendor management is an advantage.
- Background in employee engagement programs, recognition, or merchandise handling preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools; design experience in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
