What you'll be doing

  • Providing specialist medical care and treatment to patients, utilising your expertise and experience
  • Collaborating closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest medical developments and best practices within your specialty
  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement and expansion of hospital services
  • Mentoring and training junior medical staff to support their professional development
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with hospital policies
  • What we're looking for

  • A medical degree and specialist qualification in your field of expertise
  • Extensive experience working as a Specialist Doctor, preferably in a hospital setting
  • Excellent clinical skills and the ability to make sound, evidence-based decisions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with patients, families, and the healthcare team
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and providing the highest standard of patient care
  • Familiarity with the healthcare system and regulations in the Philippines
