About The Role
Reporting to the Lead GBS-D2P Projects Commercial, this position is expected to work with Regional Projects Commercial team to deliver procurement sourcing for Capital and Operational projects in a timely and effective manner. Lead and collaborate on process improvement activities as guided by BHP BOS practices.

About The Role
Reporting to the Lead GBS-D2P Projects Commercial, this position is expected to work with Regional Projects Commercial team to deliver procurement sourcing for Capital and Operational projects in a timely and effective manner. Lead and collaborate on process improvement activities as guided by BHP BOS practices.
In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To
- Lead and execute an end-to-end Low Value Sourcing project tenders. (for Specialist level)
- Provide support to Regional Project Commercial team on Strategic and Medium Sourcing projects.
- Deliver process improvements and implement BOS practice and routines within the team.
- Provide analysis and reports as may be required by the Regional Team and/or by GBS Project Commercial leadership.
- Achieve set KPI and metrics whilst on strict compliance with BHP Charter, Code of Conduct, Our Requirements (ORs), Group Level Documents (GLDs), Functional Level Requirements (FLRs) and Business Level Documents (BLDs)
- Understands procurement and sourcing process.
- Proficient in Procurement/Sourcing tools (GCMS, SAP, Procon, Ariba)
- Project and stakeholder management skills
- Possesses good English oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in analytical and reporting tools (MS Excel, Power BI, etc.)
