Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain regular communication with sellers in the assigned category to support daily operations.
- Monitor and track livestream schedules and activity for all sellers within the category.
- Drive continuous onboarding of new sellers to grow the category and ensure operational readiness.
- Analyze and report on category and individual seller performance, with a focus on GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) metrics.
- Manage and allocate seller budgets effectively, ensuring compliance with internal guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing campaigns and execute livestreaming initiatives.
- Handle various ad-hoc tasks to support the smooth running of daily operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate student and currently enrolled in a university
- Patient and detail-oriented mindset.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
- Able to commit to a minimum of 3 consecutive months of work.
- Genuine passion for fashion, with a strong interest in luxury brands and trends.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in live-streaming (as host, coordinator, or support) is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, operations, or industry trends.
