As a Sourcing Specialist, you will manage job postings and application intake across multiple roles. Your focus will be ensuring open positions receive enough qualified applicants and that incoming applications are tracked, organized, and processed correctly. This role is operational, volume-driven, and closely aligned with recruiters and recruitment leadership.

As a Sourcing Specialist, you will manage job postings and application intake across multiple roles. Your focus will be ensuring open positions receive enough qualified applicants and that incoming applications are tracked, organized, and processed correctly. This role is operational, volume-driven, and closely aligned with recruiters and recruitment leadership.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain job postings across job boards, the company website, and social platforms
- Review job descriptions to ensure accuracy and alignment with hiring needs
- Monitor application volume and sourcing performance using HubSpot dashboards and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Process incoming applications and ensure proper tagging and categorization
- Track weekly application targets for all open roles and identify sourcing gaps
- Review sourcing data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Coordinate with Internal Recruitment Specialists, Department Managers, and the Director of Recruitment on hiring priorities
- Provide regular updates on applicant flow, volume, and candidate quality
- Support improvements to sourcing channel effectiveness and consistency
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Executive Assistant OR minimum 1 year experience in a recruitment support or recruitment administrator role with job posting responsibilities
- Recruitment experience is preferred but not required
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Excel, and or Google Workspace is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately
- Comfortable communicating via Zoom, Slack, and Email
- Willing to work Tuesday to Saturday, Philippine Time, full time
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented and consistent in execution
- Comfortable working with tracking systems and dashboards
- Able to manage repetitive, volume-based tasks accurately
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Open to feedback and process improvements
Internet Requirements
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection with LAN connection required
- Minimum speed of 20 Mbps
- Backup internet connection of at least 5 Mbps
- Desktop or laptop with at least Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 and 8GB RAM or equivalent
- Desktop or laptop only, tablets and smartphones are not permitted
- Reliable primary power source with minimal outages
- Backup power source recommended
- Backup work location required during power interruptions
