As a Sourcing Specialist at TalentPop, you will play a critical role in fueling our hiring success by ensuring a steady flow of qualified applicants into our recruiting pipeline. You will manage job postings across various sourcing channels, monitor performance, and ensure we consistently meet weekly application targets, while maintaining timely communication and a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities
The following are the Sourcing Specialist's daily tasks and responsibilities:
- Create, update, and manage job postings across various platforms (job boards, company website, social media).
- Ensure job descriptions are clear, accurate, and aligned with company branding and requirements.
- Monitor and track job applications using HubSpot dashboards and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Ensure all applications are processed promptly and categorized appropriately.
- Set and monitor weekly application targets for all open roles to ensure adequate candidate flow.
- Analyze application data and trends to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with Internal Recruitment Specialists, Department Managers, and the Director of Recruitment to understand hiring needs and priorities.
- Provide regular updates on application volumes and candidate quality to the recruitment team.
- Identify trends in application sources and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Virtual, Administrative, or Executive Assistant, OR minimum 1 year experience as a Recruitment Administrator or Recruiter with job posting experience.
- Recruitment experience is not required but is highly desirable.
- Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Excel, and/or Google Workspace is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in documentation and record-keeping.
- Must be able to communicate via Zoom video, Slack, and email.
- Must be willing to work Tuesday to Saturday, full time (PHT).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Self-sufficient, quick learner, and driven.
- Works well independently and collaboratively.
- Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable to multiple tasks.
- Positive, growth-oriented, and receptive to feedback.
Internet Requirements
- DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection is required. LAN connection required (20 Mbps minimum).
- Backup internet connection is required (5 Mbps minimum).
- Laptop or desktop with Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5 and at least 8GB RAM (or equivalent).
- Desktop or laptop PC only. Tablets and smartphones are not allowed for working tools.
- Must have a reliable power source with minimal power outages.
- Backup power source is highly recommended (for example, generator or portable power station).
- A backup location to work during a power outage is required for all TalentPop team members (family member's house, friend's house, internet cafe, or co-working space).
- Salary: 3 USD per hour
