For more than 30 years weve served up the finest, freshest ice cream, cakes, smoothies, and shakes using only the highest quality ingredients, and of course, our signature process of preparing your custom ice cream creation blended with mix-ins and toppings on a frozen granite stone.

Location: Manuel A. Roxas Hwy, Clark Freeport, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.

Job Summary

As a Team Member at our ice cream store, you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers. Your role involves scooping and serving delectable ice cream treats, upholding cleanliness standards, aiding inventory control, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Scoop and serve ice cream, ensuring portion control and presentation standards are met.
• Welcome and help customers with a smile, suggesting flavors, and answering questions.
• Keep the store clean by wiping surfaces, sanitizing equipment, and tidying tables.
• Handle money transactions accurately and quickly at the cash register.
• Refill supplies like ice cream flavors, toppings, cones, and cups to ensure we never run out;
• Follows safety rules and health guidelines to keep the store safe and clean.
• Helps receive and organize deliveries, checking dates to ensure everything's fresh.
• Works together with your team to serve customers quickly during busy times.
• Recommends extra items and informs customers about special deals to boost sales and satisfy them.
• Follows store policies and procedures for opening and closing tasks, to ensure smooth operations.
  
  

Job Qualifications

• Friendly and sociable with a love for making customers happy
• Capable of thriving in a busy environment and handling multiple tasks efficiently
• Effectively communicates and comfortably interacts with customers
• Comfortable with entertaining customers through dancing or other activities to boost the store's vibe during special events
• Basic math skills for handling payments and giving change
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• At least a college undergraduate or a graduate of Hotel and Restaurant Management
• With at least 2 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or as a store supervisor in a fast food restaurant
